These terms apply to your use of Replica, an iOS application published by MOMO Studios. By using Replica you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Replica provides fitness and nutrition guidance powered by AI. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical, dietary, or mental health advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, especially if you have injuries, conditions, or are pregnant.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate profile information so coaching and logging work correctly.

Subscriptions

Replica Pro is billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Use Replica for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription checks

Content & AI output

Coach responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make based on app content. Do not rely on Replica for emergency situations.

Intellectual property

Replica, its design, and MOMO Studios branding remain our property. You retain ownership of content you log; you grant us a license to store and process it to operate the app.

Disclaimer & liability

Replica is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. MOMO Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple EULA

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes & contact
